Metal stamping is a centuries-old process,
but at PENZ, that process is done today with power punch
presses up to 500 tons. Our Press Shop,
with its in-house tool and die capabilities, is the origin
for virtually all
of our other departments. We coil-feed material or bar-feed
in strips or pre-cut blanks, and have small-run and large-run
capacity using single-station dies or multi-station progressive
dies.
Our metal stamping process forms metals
using pressure into the surface of a metal, usually strip
or sheet.
Because of our in-house capabilities, we are able to provide
metal stamping and metal
fabricating services and maintain our own tooling. In
fact, the parts for our
welding department and assembly department
start right here.
We strive to provide our metal stamping customers
